Before observation, we know
about the teaching method of the teacher in the classroom. We want to know
about teaching method of the teacher and technique of motivating student in the
classroom. Controlling student in the class. We have learnt about the step of
teaching in the classroom, using the voice in the classroom, the controlling
students in the class.
I have learn in the classroom,
there are 10 students in the classroom. In the class have a good environment.
There are many information to learn in the class. For example the map, ASEAN
greeting, florae science and etc. For the observation, we have learnt about
presentation of the teacher in the classroom. Teacher used the loudly sound.
Teacher and students have a rapport in the classroom. They sing a song together
for the warm up and start the new lesson in the classroom. Teacher teach
student about “In my classroom topic”. Teacher teach about vocabulary in the
classroom for example, window, table, pen, ruler etc. Student and teacher read
the vocabulary together. Teacher teach the
structure by using Wh- word and answer. Teacher asked student and play activity
together.
In the class have
lesson structure there are the
way the lesson opens, develop, and closes are the first, teacher
open the lesson by using the question. Second, teacher develop the lesson by
using the activities. The last, teacher closes the lesson by using the
activities. There are 2 activities for this lesson. Teacher teach student to the lesson and the
activities with lesson and give student to do exercise. Classroom
management strategies, teacher teach student full time. For this lesson didn’t
setting group. Sometime
teacher give the maintaining order and students sit in
the row for three. In the class have individual activities. Teaching strategies
are presenting tasks and teaching technique. Teacher’s use of materials are Use of the textbooks
and word card. Teacher’s use of
language are use of instructional language, use of questions and explanations of vocabulary and grammar.
Student use of the mother tongue during class. Student problems with grammar
and problems with pronunciation. Student interaction, appropriate time on task
and student- to- student talk.
When teacher come to
classroom the first thing is warm up like CLT. Then, teacher asked about
vocabulary in classroom. Next, teacher present about the lesson. When teacher finish
to teach, teacher give to students to do the exercises. After that, teacher ask
student about the lesson again and the last is wrap up. When teacher teach the
sound is very good. She can motivate students to interest the lesson. When she
teach or give students to do exercises she have to walk around for observe the
work of students.
Suggestions for
teacher, teacher should be practice about vocabulary in that lesson before
teach. When students can’t answer the questions, teacher should be tried to practice
students to understanding before start to next topics. Suggestions for oneself,
In teaching students to slowly because they have different abilities. We must
to teach students to understanding the content correctly. Practice students to
answer the questions for help they to think about that lesson. Suggestions for classroom
action research, in classroom teacher should be use body language in teaching
because students can understanding about contents more than this. Moreover,
students are interest and try to learn more.
